Bagel Cove Restaurant & Deli

My husband got the omelet, it was very soggy, unsalted and they forgot to bring the bread. I got the tuna sprout, it looked better than it taste. No salt at all and oily. You guys have good atmosphere but maybe need to change the staff in the kitchen. Coffee was good

★★★☆☆ We recently visited Bagel Cove Restaurant & Deli in Aventura and had a mixed experience. The food itself was very good. The dishes were well prepared, flavorful, and met our expectations. Unfortunately, the service side of the experience significantly impacted our overall impression. It was immediately apparent that the restaurant was severely understaffed. The wait staff were constantly rushing around, trying to keep up with the demands of the dining room. At times, they appeared to be running into one another while attempting to manage multiple tables at once. While every staff member we interacted with was friendly and courteous, they were clearly overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of attention that diners would reasonably expect. One example that stood out was when we ordered drinks. Our server returned, placed the unopened bottles on the table without a word, and hurried off to attend to another table. This wasn’t a reflection of poor attitude or lack of effort. It seemed to be a direct result of the staff being stretched too thin. There is definitely potential here because the food was enjoyable. However, the overall atmosphere felt stressful rather than we

Awilda is amazing. Cares about her customers. We love coming to the New Bagel Cove better than other places now. Plus they added a wellness menu for those us who need to watch. Lol. The bagels are so fresh. The Deli area is also amazing helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Awilda.

I recently visited this deli after its remodel, and I have to say—it feels like a completely new place. The updated design is modern, clean, and really inviting, making it the perfect spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. But what really stood out was the food and service. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they’ve put a lot of attention into quality. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!!

Stopped in for the first time, at Bagel cove Deli Figured why not try a bagel deli while in town and see how the place would stand up to a New York bagel. I had the egg and cheese on a onion bagel, and potatoes on the side. Well to my surprise it passed the test. Let me add this, suggest you order chicken fingers and French Fries. Both crispy and delicious. Yes adults like chicken fingers. I know I will pass through again. Hopefully in a week Let's see if a Bacon Egg Cheese (BEC) a roll can pass the test.
